How can I order from you?

What areas do you deliver to?
Anywhere in the UK excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. We also personally deliver your fruit boxes within a 20 mile radius of our warehouse in Cheadle, Stockport.
How do you guarantee consistent premium quality fruit?
All produce is inspected personally by our packing staff and any substandard produce is discarded. Each piece of fruit is hand picked and packed into double walled cardboard packaging after being bubbled wrapped and shrink wrapped to ensure the finest and freshest quality is received by you.
We hold STS accreditation which dictates our strictest hygiene and working practices and a copy of this can be made available on request. Goods inward are documented for trace ability to source at all times.
This also allows us to service LEAs, hospitals and schools which is the requirement by these authorities.
Fruit is prepacked 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure quality standards are met to the highest level.
Will the fruit be difficult to eat in my office?
All fruit supplied is hand held, easy to eat without mess such as satsumas, apples, bananas, pears, grapes (which are cut down into small hand held bunches) peaches, plums, and any other seasonal easy to handle fruit which cause the minimal amount of waste. We can supply melons and pineapples etc on special request, as we are part of a large wholesale fruit and vegetable supply chain (Set Produce Ltd) but this fruit will arrive whole and not cut prior to distribution. Do I have to have a weekly delivery?
We can offer deliveries Monday to Friday, daily, Twice a week, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Quarterly on the days of your choice.
Am I locked into a contract, or can I change or stop my order?
No you are not locked into any contract, we just require 7 days notice if you wish to terminate your supply of fruit. This can be done over the phone 0161 495 4762 or by email.
You may amend your order at any time. We just require that you let us know 24 hours before delivery. This will give us time to make the arrangements for you.
Can you deliver to offices in different locations around the UK?
Yes – You can simply email your requirements to email@example.com with the number of pieces of fruit you require to each address, and we will distribute this for you.
One invoice can be raised detailing all these with a relevant purchase order number if required and sent via email.
Can I suspend my delivery over Holiday periods?
Yes you can amend any schedules for example:
• During the summer months a lot of companies reduce the number of pieces they receive as staff are on holiday.
• Christmas period – arrangements may be made to cancel the deliveries altogether until the New Year
• Wellness Week – Extra pieces of fruit can be delivered during this period
